Our team has left the World football Championship. We could not win against South Korea and Algeria, and got beaten by Belgium. The group was one of the low ranked and jet we did not win against these teams. The football players are honest in their comments – they had done what they could. It means that something is to change. Our football players earn (and as a matter of fact get) more than all of our rivals in the group or may be even two groups with not very high a rating earn altogether. It means that both Russian football players and each and everybody in the Russian football world are overpaid according to the achieved results. The masterminds of our football are unable to motivate football players, because money is on top of everything. However, recognition and perspectives combined with opportunities for development and growth are recognized and valued more highly in all World, while the financial incentives take the third place. That is why our football players do not display the qualities that burst out of football players from Gana, Iran, Algeria and many other countries where football is far from being the main sport. They wish to become heroes of their countries and people, whilst our football players are keen just on money. This is the reason, and the blame is not only on football players, but on those, who manage Russian football. That is why brilliant coaches cannot inspire our chaps for heroism, it is impossible. They have no wish to conduct acts of heroism. They have no gut feeling of how and why to become heroes of Russia. That is why they cannot. We must start developing children’s football, and it must be done not by those who rule Russian football today. We need a change!
